For all of the adult bodies out there… we have a combination class of gymnastic strength, flexibility and skill development. Release your inner child and enjoy cartwheels again!! This class starts with body preparation exercises to strengthen the body like a gymnast. Then we stretch and mobilise our joints appropriate for learning our gym/acro elements.
The learning process is a breakdown of elements into drills. The elements are explained in a technical and biomechanical way in order to fully understand how to achieve the gymnastic and acrobatics elements. Each adult is taught in a way that accommodates for their current abilities.
