STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY
This class focuses on developing strength and flexibility for not only fitness but also to develop skills learnt in gymnastics, acrobatics, cheer and more. This calisthenics style of class is a fun way to use the body to get stronger, faster and more controlled in movement. We spend time increasing mobility for injury prevention and skill development. We use active stretch to increase mobility in a controlled way as well as passive stretches to allow the body to flex.
