Lyra, also known as the aerial hoop or aerial ring, is an elegant form of aerial acrobatics, in and around a steel hoop, suspended from the ceiling. Lyra brings together gracefulness, strength and flexibility. The Lyra classes focus on strength building sequences and routines that involves flexibility, grace and building comfort working at heights.

Aerial silks, also known as aerial tissu, depending, is a performance of aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric. Students learn to climb the fabric, wrap the silks, climb hang upside down and create beautiful shapes with their bodies and the fabric. As students increase strength and comfort-level, they learn routines with sequences of skills that create flowing movements and allow you to descend the fabric with strength and grace.

We currently run aerials classes at both Beg/Inter & Inter/Adv levels
