What You Need to Know 💡

  • What to Wear: Comfy gym gear or activewear. Avoid anything with zippers or buttons that might get in the way of your flips.

  • Fuel Up: Bring a drink bottle! You’re going to be working hard, and staying hydrated is key.

  • All Levels Welcome: Don't worry if you’ve never tried a backflip before—our coaches are here to spot you and help you progress at your own pace.

  • Arrival: Try to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can get warmed up and ready to go as soon as the session starts!

  • Week 2 (6th Feb) : Side Aerial (The Barani)

  • Week 3 (13th Feb) : Side Aerial + Variations

  • Week 4 (20th Feb): Back Rotation Basics (Bridge, Walkovers, Limbers, Handsprings)

  • Week 5 (27th Feb): Back Rotation Level Up (Advanced variations and combos)

  • Week 6 (6th March): Front Rotation (Handstand-to-Bridge, Walkovers, Front Handsprings)

  • Week 7 (13th March): Front Rotation Level Up (Pushing your front-rotation skills)

  • Week 8 (20th March): Tricking Essentials (540s, B-Twists, Butterfly kicks, and Sarah-Jane variations)

  • Week 9 (27th March): Ultimate Tricking (Back by popular demand because these moves are amazing)
