What You Need to Know 💡
What to Wear: Comfy gym gear or activewear. Avoid anything with zippers or buttons that might get in the way of your flips.
Fuel Up: Bring a drink bottle! You’re going to be working hard, and staying hydrated is key.
All Levels Welcome: Don't worry if you’ve never tried a backflip before—our coaches are here to spot you and help you progress at your own pace.
Arrival: Try to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can get warmed up and ready to go as soon as the session starts!

Week 3 May 8th: Back Rotation – Basics Bridge, walkovers, limbers, handsprings
Week 4 May 15th: Back Rotation – Basics Bridge, walkovers, limbers, handsprings
Week 5 May 22nd: Front Rotation – Basics Bridge, walkovers, limbers, handsprings
Week 6 May 29th: Front Rotation – Basics Bridge, walkovers, limbers, handsprings
Week 7 June 5th: Tricking Essentials 540s, B-twists, butterfly kicks, Sarah Jane variations
Week 8 June 12th: Tricking Essentials 540s, B-twists, butterfly kicks, Sarah Jane variations
Week 9 June 19th Open training - This means Megan will run a short warm up of front rotation, back rotation and aerials before splitting the room and setting stations up for students to work on their own skills.
